Email Beautifier 2.2.0 is a Joomla component for changing the design of outgoing email messages. Administrators can create a general email template for the site or assign different templates to selected extensions and views, allowing notification emails to share a consistent layout. Templates can be edited with supported visual editors or directly through CSS, and replaceable tags can insert information into the message automatically.
A default template can be applied to outgoing Joomla mail so common notifications use the same branding and structure. Separate templates can then be created for particular extensions or views when some messages require a different layout.
Templates can be edited with compatible WYSIWYG editors, while CSS remains available for more detailed control. This allows both visual editing and direct styling without modifying the code of every extension that sends email.
Replaceable tags can insert values into the message automatically, reducing the need to maintain separate static text for information that changes from one email to another.
Extensions that already provide their own email templates can be excluded when necessary. Email Beautifier also includes a sent-mail log, giving administrators a place to review messages handled by the component.
