ChronoForms Pro 8.0.17 is a Joomla form builder for creating contact forms, registration forms and other custom data-entry workflows. Forms can be assembled visually and can include validation, email actions, database operations, file uploads and multi-page layouts. The extension also supports custom code and actions for more complex workflows, allowing administrators to build forms that go beyond a simple contact message.
Fields and actions are arranged through the form builder, allowing a form to collect data and then decide what should happen after submission. Email messages, redirects, database storage and other actions can be added as part of the same workflow.
ChronoForms supports multi-page forms and different validation rules, which is useful when a larger form needs to be divided into manageable steps. File uploads and user-related actions can also be included when the form needs more than standard text fields.
Data can be saved to database tables and used in later processing. The extension also provides tools for exporting records and for connecting forms with external services or payment workflows when required.
Version 8.0.17 added support for external databases and options for preselecting values in dropdowns and checkbox groups. The release also included other fixes and improvements to the version 8 form system.
