Creative Contact Form 4.7.0 is a Joomla form builder for creating contact and feedback forms with different field types and configurable email delivery. Forms can be inserted into site content and can contain text fields, email and phone inputs, text areas, select lists, checkboxes and radio buttons. Labels and other form text can be customized, making the extension suitable for contact pages, enquiries and other data-collection forms.
Each form can be built from the fields needed for a particular task rather than using a single fixed contact layout. Multiple-choice controls can be configured with their own options, and fields can be arranged to collect the information required by the site.
