JLike 4.0.1 is a Joomla component for adding Like, Dislike and personal-note functions to website content. It can be used with Joomla articles and with more than 20 supported third-party extensions, allowing the same feedback system to appear on different types of pages. Visitors can react with a single click, while administrators can control display options, comment length, sorting and theme settings.
The extension can place reaction controls next to different types of content, including articles, photos and videos when the required integration is available. This provides a consistent way for visitors to express a positive or negative reaction without submitting a full review.
Personal notes can also be attached to supported content. This makes JLike useful on sites where users need to save short private or public remarks in addition to using Like and Dislike buttons.
Display settings include comment-length limits, sorting options and theme controls. Font Awesome support can be used for icons, helping the reaction interface fit more naturally into the surrounding Joomla template.
Because JLike supports many third-party extensions, the same reaction system can be reused across different sections of a Joomla site instead of installing a separate Like feature for each component.
