Joomly Callback is a Joomla 3 module for adding a callback request form to a website. The form can open in a popup or from a fixed button, and submitted requests are sent by email. Administrators can configure company working hours, add consent for personal-data processing, adjust the form appearance and enable reCAPTCHA 2 or Google Analytics integration.
The module is intended for sites where visitors need a quick way to request a phone call without completing a larger contact form. A fixed button can keep the callback option visible while visitors browse the page.
The form can also be displayed in a popup window. This keeps the callback fields out of the main page layout until the visitor chooses to open them.
Working-hour settings allow the form to reflect when the company is available to respond. Requests are delivered by email so staff can process them through the normal contact workflow.
Consent text can be shown for personal-data processing, while reCAPTCHA 2 provides protection against automated form submissions. Google Analytics integration can be enabled when callback interactions need to be measured.
