Joom Donation 7.7 is a Joomla extension for collecting donations and managing donor information directly from a website. It can be used for individual fundraising campaigns as well as projects that need to handle donations for several causes.
he component supports both one-time and recurring donations, giving visitors the option to choose how they want to contribute. Donation campaigns can be created and tracked separately, while custom fields allow additional information about donors to be collected during the donation process.
Payments can be processed through more than 40 supported gateways, including Stripe, Authorize.net and PayPal. This gives site owners the flexibility to use the payment services that are available to their organization or preferred by their donors. Email notifications are also available for keeping administrators and donors informed about donation activity.
Version 7.7 brings several improvements to the donation process. Custom donation amounts are handled more effectively, and predefined amounts can now be highlighted to make commonly selected options easier to notice. Security has also been improved on the Donation Complete page, along with various smaller fixes aimed at making the component more stable.
