JUX Real Estate 3.3.0 is a Joomla 3 component for publishing property listings for sale or purchase. Listings can be managed by different user roles including agents, owners and administrators, while visitors can search by criteria such as country, number of bedrooms, area, price and keywords. The component also includes custom fields, slideshows, Google Maps and support for several payment gateways.
The component provides a dedicated structure for real-estate listings instead of storing property information only in standard Joomla articles. User roles help separate the responsibilities of agents, owners and site administrators.
Search filters allow visitors to narrow listings by common property criteria such as location, bedrooms, floor area, price and keywords. Custom fields can be added when a project needs additional property attributes.
Images can be presented in a slideshow, while Google Maps can be used to show property locations. These tools help combine listing details with visual and geographic information on the same page.
Support for multiple payment gateways allows the site to charge for selected real-estate workflows where required. JUX Real Estate is therefore aimed at property directories and agency websites that need structured listing management inside Joomla.
