JUX Gallery is a responsive image gallery for Joomla designed to display collections of photos in a clean and organized way across different devices. Layouts adapt from large desktop screens to tablets and smartphones while keeping image quality intact.
Two main album presentation styles are available: a classic layout and a grid layout. The gallery uses jQuery to arrange images in consistent rows regardless of their original dimensions. Each image can have its own title and description, and a lightbox with slideshow functionality is included for viewing.
On the backend, items can be managed through a drag-and-drop interface. The extension supports category filtering, an unlimited number of images, and multiple languages. Additional options include CSS animations (with a jQuery fallback), touch gesture support on iOS and Android devices, and compatibility with modern browsers as well as older ones such as IE7 and IE8. Component and menu parameters remain flexible enough for different site setups.
Overall, JUX Gallery focuses on straightforward album presentation and practical controls rather than complex visual effects.
