JUX News Wall 1.4.3 is a Joomla module for presenting Joomla and K2 content in a responsive wall-style layout. Articles can be selected with category and filter settings and displayed with images, video and text in the same content block. The module uses CSS3 effects and supports AJAX loading through a Load More button, making it suitable for news pages, magazines and other sections where many items need to be browsed without loading the entire list at once.
The module can use content from Joomla's article system as well as K2. This allows sites that use either source to build a visual news section without copying articles into a separate module-specific database.
Category and filter options control which items are displayed. Images, video and article text can be included in the output, so the wall can be used for mixed editorial content rather than only a grid of titles.
The responsive layout adapts to different screen sizes, while CSS3 effects provide transitions and visual changes when visitors interact with the items. These effects can be used without changing the source article itself.
AJAX loading lets additional items appear through the Load More button instead of refreshing the complete page. This is useful when a news or magazine section contains enough articles that loading every item at once would make the initial page unnecessarily long.
