Publisher PRO 3.0.20 is a Joomla component for building news and magazine-style websites. It provides 13 content layouts and can display Joomla articles together with modules and RSS feeds, giving editors several ways to assemble section and front-page content. Media galleries can be attached to articles, and support for K2 and Zoo allows content from additional Joomla extensions to be included in the publishing workflow.
The component is designed around news presentation rather than a single article layout. Editors can choose from 13 layouts and use prepared design styles to build sections with different combinations of stories and supporting content.
Modules and RSS feeds can be placed alongside articles, which makes it possible to combine Joomla content with external sources or additional site blocks on the same news page.
Articles can include media galleries with audio, video or images. This gives news posts a way to present supporting media without depending only on the standard article image fields.
Publisher PRO also supports content from K2 and Zoo in addition to Joomla articles. Author-related tools allow contributors to add and edit articles, making the component suitable for sites where several people participate in publishing.
