Smart Slider 3 Pro 3.3.4 is a Joomla slider builder for creating slideshows, hero sections and other visual content blocks. Slides are built in a drag-and-drop editor and can contain several independent layers with their own position and animation settings. The extension can be published through Joomla modules or inserted into content, while import and export tools make it possible to reuse slider projects between websites.
The visual editor is based on layers, so text, images and other elements can be positioned separately inside each slide. This gives administrators more control than a basic image carousel where every slide uses the same fixed structure.
Layer animations and background animations can be configured independently. Navigation elements can also be enabled or disabled according to the type of slider and the way visitors are expected to move between slides.
Projects can be exported and imported, which is useful when a finished slider needs to be reused on another Joomla site or kept as a backup before larger design changes.
The version described here also includes several slide types and layout options for building more than a traditional slideshow. It can therefore be used for visual page sections, promotional blocks and landing-page elements as well as standard image sliders.
