JMZ Timeline 3.0 is a Joomla module for presenting dated events along a vertical timeline. Each timeline item can include a date, title, subtitle, image, icon and More Info button, with separate color settings for backgrounds, icons and connecting lines. Administrators can also choose different date formats and control whether selected item elements are shown.
The module is suitable for company histories, project milestones, schedules and other content that benefits from chronological presentation.
Timeline items are managed from the Joomla backend, where the extension uses an accordion-style interface for editing multiple entries.
Subtitles and main images can be enabled or hidden per configuration. Different date formats make the timeline usable for several regional or editorial styles.
Colors can be adjusted for the background, icons, extra information and the vertical or horizontal connector lines. A jQuery bounce-in animation is also available for the frontend display.
The responsive layout is intended to keep the timeline readable across different screen widths without creating a separate mobile version.
